I'm starting to think R.J. Anderson can do no wrong. Which she probably can't. Wayfarer is no longer Knife's story, but Linden's. Linden in a way is the opposite of Knife. When Knife is impulsive and wild, Linden is sweet and does what she is told. Wayfarer was definitely not what I expected, it was different from Spell Hunter while still remaining fresh. There are some of the old characters who have changed quiet a bit and others remain the same despicable selves. R.J. Anderson truly makes her stories come to life. She writes so flawlessly and with such a conviction that she enchants us into her tale. A refreshing series for the paranormal genre, which is filled with vampires and the like.
